Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund eligibility, cancellation windows, and rescheduling for Solana Desktop Study Desk sessions.

Overview

This policy applies to educational sessions booked with Solana Desktop Study Desk Ltd. Prices are agreed in writing before payment.

Full refund

You receive a full refund if:

  • We cancel the session
  • We reschedule more than once without your agreement
  • You cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time

Partial refund

A 50% refund applies if you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the session. This covers preparation time already spent on your questionnaire and desk map draft.

No refund

No refund is available if:

  • You cancel less than 24 hours before the session
  • You do not attend (no-show) without prior notice
  • The session has started and you choose to end it early
  • You request a refund after receiving the follow-up materials without raising a concern within seven days

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is included if you notify us at least 48 hours ahead. Further reschedules within the same booking may incur a £15 administration fee.

Deposits and bundles

Bundle prepayments are refundable on unused sessions if you cancel the entire bundle at least 48 hours before the first session. Partial bundle refunds are calculated per unused session minus the bundle discount already applied.

Process

Email hello@workspace-sequoiacore.click with your name, session date, and reason. We confirm within five working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original bank transfer within fourteen working days.

Disputes

If you believe a session did not match the agreed scope, contact us within seven days with specifics. We may offer a partial credit toward a future session instead of a cash refund where appropriate.

Exceptions

Force majeure events (severe weather, infrastructure outages preventing video delivery) qualify for reschedule or full refund at your choice.
